2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1.4. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to the Controller in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1.5. The purpose of processing is the sending of commercial communications and other marketing activities by the Controller. This specifically includes:

Via email: invitations to corporate events, offers, catalogs, price lists, other marketing communications.

Via telephone: invitations to corporate events, offers, catalogs, price lists, other marketing communications. 1.6. There is no automated individual decision-making by the Controller within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1.7. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years from the date of consent, but no longer than until the withdrawal of your consent.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
1.8. Other recipients include parties providing marketing services for the Controller and CzechProject spol. s r.o. (ID: 25942344) – the company managing our web solutions.
1.9. The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
1.10. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
1.11. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (via email to obchod%z%lesoskolky.cz or phone +420 466 933 827). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
1.12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
1.13. You are under no obligation to provide personal data; it is not a legal or contractual requirement. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
