All complaints must be submitted in writing – preferably by completing the Complaint Form. One copy should be addressed to the supplier's headquarters and one to the nursery that delivered the material.

Apparent defects are accepted by the supplier within 14 days of receiving the seedlings; the supplier undertakes to respond within 10 days. This mainly concerns non-compliance with standards, mechanical damage to the plants, or lower quantities than declared.

Latent defects are accepted by the supplier within 2 months of collection; the supplier undertakes to respond within 30 days. These are defects that appear only during planting, when the material fails to bud or shows a very low budding rate. For plants collected in autumn, complaints are accepted until April 30 of the following year.

Late or imprecise complaints will not be considered.

The customer is obliged to provide the necessary cooperation for the investigation of the complaint. The saplings under complaint must remain available at the customer's site until the supplier responds to the claim.

The supplier is not liable for any claims related to non-delivery if caused by climatic or natural reasons, accidents, or any other reasons beyond their control.
