All complaints must be presented in written form – you can fill in the „complaint form“ and send one copy to the headquarters (firstname.lastname@example.org) and one copy to the production center.
The supplier accept complaints of obvious defects within 14 days from delivering/picking up plants. The company commits to make a statementwithin 10 days. It is mainly the failure of standards or mechanical damage of seedlings or lower numbers of plants.
The supplier accept complaints of hidden defects within 2 months from delivering/picking up plants. The company commits to make a statement within 30 days. These are defects occurring during planting or where planted material do not sprout or sprout in very low numbers. Complaints regarding plants delivered in autumn, can be sent till 30th of April the following year. The supplier doesn´t accept later and inaccurate complaints.
The customer is obliged to collaborate with supplier to evaluate the complaint. Purchased material has to be made available by the customer till the decision of the complaint is made by supplier.
The supplier is not responsible for complaints based on third party events which cannot be influenced by him (climate situation, natural disaster, accident, war, etc.)
